Blasco&Vila – Terms & Conditions
This document constitutes the general terms and conditions of sale and delivery (hereinafter, the “Conditions”) for the regulation of the placing of orders, payment and delivery of the products offered by Blasco&Vila (hereinafter, the “Seller”) through its website https://blascovila.com. These Conditions shall be understood to be accepted in their entirety by you (hereinafter, the “Client”), at the moment in which you place an order for any of the products offered by the Seller, and shall be valid for any type of transaction carried out with the Seller, unless the same is the object of a special agreement.
- Purchase process
The online sale of the products is available exclusively in Spain. For all other countries, we invite you to contact us to find the nearest official Blasco&Vila distributor.

- Add a product to the shopping cart.
- Identify yourself as a user.
- Enter your billing and delivery details.
- Payment method: bank transfer.
- Prices.
The prices of the Products offered are those appearing on the website at any given time.
BLASCO&VILA reserves the right to modify prices, dimensions and finishes without prior notice.
- Delivery of the products.
3.1. The maximum delivery period begins to run from the confirmation email, this period being indicative and in no case obligatory for the Seller.
3.2. Once the products have been delivered, the risks relating to the same shall be for the exclusive account of the customer.
- Shipping costs
4.1 Shipping costs are included in the sale price of the product only for Spain (Peninsula and the Balearic Islands).
4.2 Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
– Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands are subject to customs clearance fees and import taxes.

- Conditions of delivery
5.1 How you will receive your order
All our furniture is shipped fully assembled. When you receive your order, please check that all the packages are in order. If any of them are damaged, note this on the delivery note of the carrier. Afterwards, check that the parts are in good condition. If any of them are not in good condition, please contact us. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
5.2 Where you will receive your order
Due to the size of the packages, shipments are sent by a parcel delivery company contracted by Blasco&Vila. This type of company, as a rule, does not deliver the packages to the customer’s home and delivers them at the door, always in the presence of the customer. If you need your order to be delivered to the flat, please contact us.
- Method of payment
6.1 Bank transfer
Payment is made by bank transfer to the Caixabank account that we will provide you with in the last step of the purchase process.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
Due to their special tax regime, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered extra-Community territories. Therefore, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from VAT (customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the price of the article or in the shipping price, and must be paid at destination by the receiver of the goods).
- Liability and guarantees.
8.1. The Seller guarantees that the Products will be delivered in the conditions described on the website, which the Customer accepts, being free from manufacturing defects. In the event that the purchase has been made as a consumer and user, the Seller offers guarantees on the Products marketed through its website, in the terms legally established for each type of product. Said guarantee includes, in accordance with the legal provisions, the lack of conformity due to manufacturing defects or hidden faults that appear during the five (5) years following the delivery of the product.
8.2. The Seller will be exclusively liable for the defects, deficiencies or lack of conformity of the products that are directly derived from manufacturing defects. It will be understood that the conformity of the products exists when these are in accordance with their description, are suitable for their ordinary uses and present the usual quality and performance of this type of products.
8.3. The Seller has adopted the appropriate security measures for the sale of its products through its website. However, the Seller is not responsible for possible intentional attacks through technologically harmful material, which may affect the computer or computer equipment of the Client.
- Right of withdrawal and returns.
9.1. As manufacturers, we manufacture each order especially for you, following the specifications of fabrics and colours that you have indicated to us, so that the right of withdrawal does not apply to those personalised articles that have been made by express order of the customer.
9.2. In the event of the return of defective products, the costs of Return will be borne by the Seller, who will proceed to provide the client, to the extent of its possibilities, with an identical product or the refund of the cost paid for the same, always using the reverse logistics system provided by the Seller.
- Validity.
These Conditions cancel all previous conditions and are subject to variation without prior notice.
