Wayco was founded in Valencia with the intention of creating a community of professionals from different fields to promote growth, creativity and networking between professionals, in a series of spaces with soul and history within the city.

This community is made up of large companies, digital nomads and small businesses, generating flexible and dynamic workplaces that are temporarily occupied, and work areas for companies that will remain for a long period of time.

The strategy was to create a design concept that transmitted the chromatic richness, the great traditional personality of the neighborhood and that, in turn, communicated the WAYCO values ​​of coexistence, flexibility, youth and diversity.

Each graphic and aesthetic resource has been based on a reference to the picturesque character of the Cabanyal neighborhood. That is why materials such as ceramic tiles, wood, Alicante blinds, traditional marbles and color ranges ranging from green to blue are used, as the most typical facades of the traditional architecture of the area.

The rooms and terraces also take the name of some of the historical landmarks of the neighborhood, such as Ateneo Marítimo, Sala Atarazanas or Sala El Grau. This is a way to honor popular culture and familiarize these names with the foreign coworker who uses the facilities.

The most outstanding aspects of this project are the diversity of uses in the same building and the spatial quality acquired by its original architecture and its conceptual interior character that provides creativity, warmth and comfort.
